their Centre seems to be a leader in online education for Malaysia: http://www.calm.unimas.my/

Whereas the Putra World Trade Centre in Kuala Lumpur has a
Broadband Gateway of 34Mbps (E3) link to MIMOS on ATM mode speed;
LAN speed of 155 Mbps to PCs

I tentatively set up a virtual learning environment for teacher
training sessions in Malaysia, and received the following confirmation:
