2nd Annual Symposium on Online Learning

5th-7th September 2001, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Theme: EXPLORING THE EVOLUTION OF E-LEARNING
This second annual event will bring together educators, researchers, content writers, technology experts and service providers who wish to discuss the latest developments in their fields, to network with other practitioners and researchers, and to share perspectives on various issues in Online Learning, particularly in their own academic, training and workplace environments. Meet and mingle with other delegates at SOLE2001 to share ideas about future hopes, anticipated changes, and technical challenges related to ICT accessibility and feasibility, in the Southeast Asian context. This year SOLE2001 is hosted in conjunction with Multimedia Asia (MMA2001), the premier technology convention in Asia. This is a great chance to be part of the biggest technology event in the region -- so do plan to be with us in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia!

Interested to be part of SOLE2001?
Submit your abstracts for paper or poster presentations by July 1st 2001, to help us explore what you have learned from your very own technology-enhanced learning experiences. The contents should be of interest to eLearning practitioners and online educators from a wide range of learning and training institutions, including academia and corporate training.

Multiple reviewers will anonymously review submissions, which will be evaluated on the basis of information significance, methodological rigor, quality of writing, and potential interest to symposium attendees.

All speakers at SOLE will be able to demonstrate your work/ideas "live" online, as the conference venue is fully equipped with the latest telecommunications (including fibre optic cabling for Internet access and audio visual facilities. Please speak to one of our team members for further details.
